Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans, but we are committed to ensuring you love every brew. If you are unsatisfied with your order or received a damaged item, please contact our team within 14 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Review Eligibility
Ensure your request is submitted within 14 days for coffee or 30 days for non-perishable equipment and merchandise in original packaging.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to initiate a return or replacement.
- 3.Ship Items Back
For brewing equipment or apparel, securely package the items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our roastery.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once your return is inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
